Our client is now recruiting for a Senior Property Manager to join their Lettings team in looking after your own portfolio of properties while acting as a Senior support to other PM’s.
On offer is a fantastic salary package £32-35k plus £3k car allowance, great benefits and lots of career progression.
Key duties:-
- Managing all aspects of your property portfolio – leading the relationship with landlords and tenants, overseeing the delivery of high quality residential lettings
- Overseeing repairs, maintenance, compliance and refurbs to properties
- Taking a hands on approach to portfolio management – meeting landlords and tenants, carrying out inspections, processing deposit releases and resolving any complaints
- Management of contractors – sourcing new where required
- Management of any communal area issues – taking the lead or liaising with factors
- Liaising with colleagues across the business to ensure great customer service is maintained from start to finish for landlords and tenants
- Working closely with Directors/Management to meet business objectives
Candidates for this role should have proven experience in residential lettings or factoring, a professional and confident outlook with strong communication/organisational skills. We are keen to hear from ambitious and service driven candidates who enjoy managing their own portfolio of properties. ARLA (or equivalent) full or part qualification would be preferred.
