Our client is a friendly and well respected property business based in the East End of the city – they are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team looking after your own allocated portfolio of around 100-125 properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties across Glasgow
- Prepare properties for check-in – prepare/update inventories
- Conduct check-out inspections
- Carry out regular property inspections and ensure compliance
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with trusted contractors
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and third parties professionally
- Ensure legal compliance with Scottish property and tenancy laws
- Maintain accurate records using property management software (SME)
- Handle phone & email enquiries and office walk-ins
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management
- Strong knowledge of Scottish lettings legislation
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
- Full UK clean driving licence – access to pool cars or mileage available if you prefer to use your own
- Experience with property management systems (e.g. SME) desirable
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. CIH, ARLA) an advantage but not essential
Full time permanent role working Monday to Thursday 9am-5.30pm and Friday 9am-5pm, no weekends.
