Due to continued growth across Scotland our client is now looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to oversee Factoring services to a portfolio of developments across Fife, Perth and Dundee!
This is a fantastic chance to join a forward thinking and modern Property Management business in a varied and hands on role.
Your remit will be to deliver first class customer service to property owners as the lead point of contact, key duties will include:
- Management of reactive and planned maintenance works
- Liaising with contractors and service providers
- Engaging with clients through phone, email and face to contact including resident meetings, building strong relationships
- Carrying out regular inspections at residential property developments
- All connected administration including finance queries
Candidates should ideally have worked in Property Factoring although other similar backgrounds will be considered. You should have strong communication, organisational and problem solving skills with a service driven outlook.
