Senior Property Manager (Residential Lettings)

An exciting new opportunity to work with a fast expanding high end Lettings Agency in Glasgow in a Senior role!

Our client has quickly established a reputation for premium portfolio management and due to continued growth are now recruiting for an experienced Lettings candidate to join their team in a Senior PM/Managerial position.

This is a fantastic career opening which can offer exposure to superb quality properties,  future prospects and the chance to work with a really motivated high calibre leadership team!

Key duties will include:-

  • Lead client contact across a high quality property portfolio assisted by a dedicated Property Manager with emphasis on landlord service, relationship and advice
  • Delivering a premium asset management service overseeing day to day services in addition to consultation on marketing strategies, investment advice, refurbishments and portfolio performance
  • Supervise/mentor your PM providing guidance and support on any escalated issues
  • Manage end-to-end lettings process, from advertising to move-in
  • Monitor void periods, rent levels, and marketing strategies to maximise income and occupancy.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation across the portfolio
  • Analyse lettings performance reports and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Management and Finance Team

Candidates should have an excellent track of record of success in the residential lettings market, accomplished customer service skills and a strong working knowledge of the Scottish rental market.  It’s important that you can organise and manage a busy workload, build strong relationships with confident all round IT abilities.  Lettings qualifications would be preferable.

In return you can look forward to an excellent salary package of £37-40k with benefits, support in development and good holiday/pension allowances.
