A fantastic new opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join a highly successful organisation in their Residential Lettings team in Glasgow!

Your remit will be to manage a portfolio of residential properties across Glasgow and the West of Scotland acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, key duties will include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for your own portfolio of residential properties, overseeing property management from start to finish
- Delivering a high quality service to landlords and tenants, building strong relationships
- Managing reactive and planned maintenance issues– keeping all parties fully updated
- Ensuring all properties are fully complaint with lettings legislation before marketing
- Carrying out photographic property inspections, inventories, check in’s and check outs
- Process deposit refunds, corresponding with tenant deposit providers where required
- Arranging refurbishment works and issues picked up from inspections and check outs
- Being a team player – communicating effectively with colleagues and providing assistance when required with new business and property marketing
- General administration and use of lettings / property software
Candidates should have experience in a similar role within residential lettings or factoring and have excellent customer service skills. It’s important you can organise a busy workload, meet deadlines and work well as part of a team. You should have good knowledge of all current Scottish lettings legislation, qualifications in this area are also an advantage but support with training will be provided. Strong admin/IT abilities required.
Full time permanent position based in Glasgow, working hours 9-5.30pm Monday to Thursday with 5pm finish on a Friday. Driving licence required, car provided for business use.
