A fantastic opportunity to join a leading Property Auction business in a Valuer/Business Development position!

This varied and past paced sales role will focus on listing new properties for Auction, developing business and promoting their services across the Scottish market – if you enjoy Property investment, sales and are a people person then this is the job for you!

You can look forward to a fantastic package with OTE of £70k+ and the chance to be part of a really successful and well respected team in Glasgow, your key duties will include:

  • Winning new business by conducting property valuations and presenting the company service – meeting potential clients at their property
  • Responding to new business enquiries and following up on warm leads
  • Presenting the company’s services to vendors
  • Valuation of residential and some commercial property and land for sale
  • Overseeing property marketing including photography and descriptions

Candidates should ideally have property based new business experience with a self motivated and target driven approach.  It’s important you have excellent communication skills, are relationship focused and have a positive outlook!

Full time and permanent post – £70k OTE uncapped with basic salary of circa £28k (negotiable), own car required with mileage paid and parking provided.
