Estate Agency Sales Negotiator (East Kilbride)

A great opportunity to join an established but growing Estate Agency in East Kilbride as part of their team negotiating the sale of a wide range of properties including local market stock, investments and auctions!

This is a good chance for someone with property sales experience to be part of a successful business, earn fantastic commission and working alongside an experienced team in a fast paced and hands on working environment…

Your role will encompass negotiating the sale of properties from initial listing to completion, aiming to ensure a professional service to both vendors and buyers.

Key duties will include:

  • Taking property enquiries and coordinating viewings
  • Marketing new and existing properties – Rightmove, social media and to investors
  • Collation of photographs, home reports – all connected admin
  • Liaising with solicitors, surveyors and third parties
  • Providing updates and good service to vendors, buyers, and investors
  • Auction support and coordination

Candidate requirements:

  • Estate agency experience preferred but open to candidates from new home sales, property auctions and residential lettings. Candidates from non-property backgrounds but with proven sales experience may also be considered.
  • Excellent communicator with strong sales and customer service skills
  • Hardworking, organised and professional approach.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Confident admin and IT abilities

This is a permanent position with superb earnings potential of circa £33-35k+ uncapped– basic salary dependent on experience between £25-28k.  Based in East Kilbride with car parking on site.  Full time hours although part time may be considered for the right candidate.
