Key duties will be:
- Acting as a main point of contact for vendors and buyers – delivering a first class service and building good business relationships
- Marketing new and existing properties, arranging photography, building schedules and organising home reports
- Handling property enquiries – setting up viewings, securing new valuations and working to a diary system
- Professionally negotiating sales – gathering viewing feedback + setting and managing closing dates
- Working as a team player alongside colleagues to ensure targets and business objectives are met
- All connected general administration
Candidates for this role should have property experience however the post is open to backgrounds including estate agency, lettings, new home sales and other property fields. It’s essential that you are sales driven with excellent people/customer service skills and a proactive approach. You should work well in a team, enjoy negotiating and have confident all round IT/admin ability. Full time permanent position working 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday, salary based on experience with very attractive OTE and incentives on offer……
