Our client is a leading independent Property company who due to continued expansion are recruiting for a Property Sales Negotiator to their team in the city centre.
This fast paced role and high volume role will involve Negotiating property sales start to finish and comes with an uncapped bonus structure giving realistic £50-55k+ OTE.
Key duties will be:
- Marketing new properties to registered buyers and incoming enquiries via phone and email
- Arranging viewing appointments and gathering feedback
- Negotiating sales – liaising with vendors, purchasers and all 3rd parties
- Providing good service to clients – before, during and after sales
- Working in a fast paced team environment meeting sales targets set by management
Candidates for this position should ideally have property sales experience. It’s essential you are a strong negotiator, a confident sales person and enjoy working to targets.
Full time permanent post based in Glasgow city centre with parking on site. Working hours 9am-6pm Monday to Thursday, 9am-5pm on Fridays.
Basic salary based on experience £26-30k with bonus and various other monthly incentives on top.
