We are now recruiting for a Business Development Executive for a leading Auction business in Ayrshire, working as part of their successful Property team!

Due to continued expansion this market leader are now expanding their team with an opening for a Sales driven candidate to manage existing accounts, develop new business from warm leads and proactively expand their client base in Scotland.

On offer will be superb on target earnings of £40k+, a modern working environment and excellent future career development.

Key duties will include:

  • Securing new property listing from vendors, businesses, referrals and existing client relationships
  • Meeting new and existing clients to carry out property valuations and sell the company services
  • Liaising with colleagues in other departments to develop new business connections and referrals
  • Working alongside the existing team to oversee property sales processes, drive new business development and deliver good service to existing clients
  • Meeting business sales , profit and KPI targets

Candidates for this role should have proven sales experience either in property or a similar industry with excellent communication and customer service skills.  It’s important you have a professional approach with high levels of initiative and drive.  An understanding of property auction would be beneficial but full training can be provided.

In return you can look forward to an exciting career move working in the fast paced Property Auction market, salary package of £26,500 basic with uncapped OTE of £40k+.

Permanent full time role based in North Ayrshire, working 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday with parking on site and access to company cars.
