Due to continued growth – our client, Hacking and Paterson Management Services, are seeking to recruit experienced Property Managers, with proven customer service and people management skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and driven Property manager to join the leading Property Factoring company in Scotland and progress their careers in a professional, supportive and progressive environment.

Your key duties will include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for property owners, delivering a professional factoring service and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Meeting owners in the office and on-site including conducting AGM’s
  • Co-ordinating/managing repairs and planned maintenance works to communal areas
  • Carrying out regular visits to developments to ensure high standards of work/service provision
  • Supervising and mentoring Trainee/Property Managers
  • Intimating insurance claims for common areas
  • Resolving complaints
  • All connected administration – communicating effectively via email and phone calls

Candidates should be experienced People Managers with a background in Property Management, ideally within a Factoring environment.  We may also consider applicants from other areas of Property with training available.   It’s important that you are well presented and spoken with high standards and a service driven approach.

You will have strong communication, problem solving and organisational skills + a driving licence.

Permanent post working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with a lunch break from 12.45pm to 2pm. Occasional attendance at evening meetings with an additional £100 paid for all evening meetings attended.
