Working with an experienced and professional team your role will be to oversee a deliberately smaller portfolio of property developments, delivering great service to owners.
Key duties to include:
- Being the main point of contact for clients within your portfolio – providing a proactive and professional service while building good customer relationships
- Overseeing reactive repairs, providing updates and co-ordinating contractors
- Carrying out meetings with owners includers consulting with resident groups
- Carrying out regular property inspections
- Management of all service contractors to ensure standards are kept high
- Project managing longer term planned works
- Resolution of any problems, billing issues and carrying out all connected admin
Candidates for this role should have previous experience in property with excellent customer service skills. Factoring experience would be advantageous but not essential – it’s important that you enjoy building relationships and have an organised and friendly outlook. Solid IT abilities and a driving licence is essential.
