A unique chance to join an established Housing Association in Glasgow as part of their Residential Lettings team working as a Property Manager!
This varied role will involve overseeing the lettings and property management of a portfolio of properties in the local area ensuring good customer service to tenants, securing new tenancies during void periods and making sure all properties are fully compliant.
Key duties will include:
- Advertise vacant properties, vetting prospective tenants and carrying out viewings
- Setting up new tenancies including inventories and deposit documentation
- Tenancy management – overseeing safety certs, rents, property inspections
- Management of reactive and planned maintenance, communicating with contractors and ensuring efficient resolutions
- End of tenancy processing – check outs, deposits, arrears and move outs
- Providing support to colleagues in regard to property factoring issues, commercial property management – being an effective team player in the department
- All connected administration and working with leaderships teams to improve processes
Candidates for this role should have proven experience in Residential Lettings ideally with Lettings Qualification and a confident working knowledge of industry regulations.
It’s important that you are an excellent communicator with strong all round organisational skill, confident admin abilities and a customer focused approach.
