This busy role will have involvement in all parts of the Lettings process so is perfect if you enjoy a varied and hands on position, key duties will include:
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors on a daily basis, delivering good service
- Property marketing, handling enquiries, booking and carrying out viewings
- Managing reactive repairs, communicating with contractors/trades, keeping tenants updated
- Carrying out routine and move out inspections
- Overseeing the deposit refund process
- Building strong landlord relationships
- All connected general office admin tasks
Candidates should have previous experience in residential lettings with an organised, hardworking and professional approach. Driving licence/own car necessary with mileage and parking paid.
Position will be working either part time hours Monday to Friday 9am-3pm or Full time 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, with some negotiation on these available.
Excellent salary package to £27k based on experience, support in Lettings qualifications provided.
