My client is now recruiting for a really service focused PM to manage a portfolio of good quality residential developments overseeing a ‘bespoke’ Property Factoring service and building strong relationships with clients.
This company work with smaller portfolios so it’s a great chance to deliver quality customer service within a business who can give you lots of career progression together with a professional, modern and fun working environment.
Your key duties will include:
- Being the main point of contact for property owners for any issues relating to their property development – repairs, billing queries, issues with cleaners/gardeners
- Providing a responsive, professional and friendly service while building good relationships with owners across your portfolio
- Managing maintenance issues from start to finish – instructing and liaising with trades /contractors – keeping your clients fully updated
- Overseeing service contracts at property developments and resolving any issues
- Carrying out regular property inspections across your portfolio
- Carrying out meetings with owners and any residents groups
- Resolution of complaints
- All connected admin and email communications
Candidates should have experience in a similar property based role however factoring experience isn’t essential. Its important you are a confident communicator with good organisational skills and a professional outlook.
Full time permanent position with working hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, option to work from home where required.
