For seasoned factoring professionals, this role is ideal for those looking for a fresh challenge. It is also a great opportunity for those outside the industry with relevant experience or those within looking to take the step up to Director level. Whatever the background, a proven track record of customer care, leading successful teams through change and strong communication are minimum requirements.
A snapshot of the role is as follows:
- Ensure there is a mechanism for constructive dialogue with homeowners and putting them at the centre of the business.
- Develop strategic external relationships with suppliers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with homebuilders.
- Reviewing existing operations and finding areas for development and growth.
- Presenting business cases to board and successfully implementing approved items.
- Create and maintain strong internal culture in line with business mission and values
