An excellent opportunity to join a successful Estate Agency business in their Bridge of Weir office as a Sales Negotiator!

This fixed term contract to cover maternity leave will last for 12 months with potential for more so is a great chance to work in a fast paced property sales role within the high end Renfrewshire market.

As a Sales Negotiator your role will be client focussed with key involvement in negotiating sales, delivering good service and assisting with new business development. Main duties include:

  • Acting as a main point of contact for vendors and buyers – providing high levels of estate agency service and building relationships
  • Managing clients and their expectations throughout their property sale
  • Negotiating sales including setting closing dates, arranging dates of entry and liaising with solicitors and surveyors
  • Property marketing and advertising, handling enquiries and co-ordinating viewings
  • Securing new business/valuations
  • Cross selling other business services
  • Working towards sales targets
  • Operating as a team player alongside colleagues in the branch and across the business

Candidates should ideally have previous experience in property, but other similar backgrounds may be considered. It’s important that you have excellent communication skills, a service driven approach and a professional outlook.

In return you can look forward to fantastic earning potential of £35-40k with basic salary (based on experience). Working hours Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm with parking provided.
