You will play a key part of this organisations service to clients across Scotland carrying out a mix of field and office duties including:
- Acting as the main contact for Letting agencies regarding use of the service – building strong client relationships
- Carrying out meetings with existing and new clients to provide support and training on the organisations services
- Working with colleagues on new business development – helping identify and secure new clients
- Attending industry events
- Working alongside the team in the office to manage systems, carry out connected admin and update/maintain company databases
Candidates should ideally have Residential Lettings experience with a confident knowledge of property management around tenant deposits. It’s important that you are a confident communicator, a people person and enjoy building relationships! Strong IT and Admin abilities are required. It’s also essential you have a driving licence but a company car will be provided.
