Your Mission

- Identify and solve operational challenges with smart, scalable solutions.
- Foster a culture of growth through mentoring, training, and team development.
- Promote collaboration and continuous improvement across departments.
- Communicate corporate policies and strategic direction with clarity and consistency.
Who You Are
You’re a proven leader from the property or customer service sector, ready to take the next step in your career. You bring:
- A strong grasp of the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011and related legislation.
- A track record of delivering operational excellence and service improvement.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills — able to inspire and empower.
- Strategic insight and the confidence to influence senior decision-making.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Preferably, professional accreditation via The Property Institute of Scotlandor equivalent.
