Your Mission

  • Inspire and lead our property factoring teams with clarity, purpose, and ambition.
  • Champion exceptional customer service across all touchpoints.
  • Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable priorities for operational teams.
  • Identify and solve operational challenges with smart, scalable solutions.
  • Foster a culture of growth through mentoring, training, and team development.
  • Promote collaboration and continuous improvement across departments.
  • Communicate corporate policies and strategic direction with clarity and consistency.

Who You Are

You’re a proven leader from the property or customer service sector, ready to take the next step in your career. You bring:

  • A strong grasp of the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011and related legislation.
  • A track record of delivering operational excellence and service improvement.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills — able to inspire and empower.
  • Strategic insight and the confidence to influence senior decision-making.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Preferably, professional accreditation via The Property Institute of Scotlandor equivalent.
