An exciting new opportunity to work with a fast expanding high end Lettings Agency in Glasgow as a Property Manager!

Our client has quickly established a reputation for premium portfolio management and due to continued growth are now recruiting for a Property Manager to join their team based in the West End.

This is a fantastic career opening which can offer exposure to superb quality properties, future prospects and the chance to work with a really motivated high calibre leadership team!

Key duties will include:-

  • Day to day property management of a portfolio of high quality Glasgow properties
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants to provide good service and build relationships
  • Marketing and negotiating lets, overseeing viewings, tenant vetting and move in process
  • Handling all reactive maintenance works – instructing contractors and communicating with related landlords and tenants
  • Property inspections, check outs and check in appointments
  • Ensuring compliance across your portfolio with all regulations
  • Deposit refund processing including any disputes
  • Working alongside the Senior Property Manager and also colleagues in finance, management and new business to ensure good service levels are maintained

Candidates should 1-2 years experience in the residential lettings market with excellent customer service skills and a good working knowledge of the current Lettings regulations.  It’s important that you can organise and manage a busy workload, build strong relationships and have confident all round IT/Admin abilities.
